This is an independently operated real estate market-information and referral website. It is not represented as the official website of Signature Premier Properties. Licensed real estate activity remains subject to applicable law and brokerage supervision.

2. Information we collect

When you submit an inquiry, we collect the information you choose to provide, including:

• Your full name, telephone number and email address;
• The property address being sold, when you are requesting seller assistance;
• The towns, neighborhoods or school districts where you are looking, when you are requesting buyer assistance;
• Whether you are interested in buying, selling or both;
• Whether you prefer a call, text message or either;
• Comments or other information you enter; and
• The consent language you accepted, its version, and the date and time of submission.

Please do not submit Social Security numbers, financial-account information, payment-card information, passwords, government identification documents, medical information, tax returns or other highly sensitive information through this website.

The website host may also process technical information needed to operate and protect the website, such as log data, device or browser information, IP address, security events and essential cookie or similar-technology data. We do not currently use advertising cookies or third-party behavioral advertising trackers.

3. How we use information

We use submitted information to:

• Contact you, or permit the selected professional to contact you, by telephone, text message or email regarding your request;

• Establish, exercise or defend legal claims when reasonably necessary.

Submitting an inquiry does not enroll you in a recurring marketing-email program and does not authorize automated or prerecorded promotional calls. If an optional market-update subscription is offered in the future, it will have a separate choice and unsubscribe process.

4. Referral sharing and compensation

Your information may be shared with a licensed real estate professional and, where appropriate, that professional's brokerage so they can evaluate and respond to your request. Information may also be provided to Signature Premier Properties when reasonably necessary for supervision, compliance, referral processing or recordkeeping.

Matthew R. Aldridge may receive a referral fee if a referred transaction closes. This does not add a separate charge to you. You are not required to work with a professional referred through this website, and you should conduct your own evaluation before choosing a real estate professional.

We do not sell your contact information as a marketing list. A referred professional should use it to respond to your inquiry, safeguard it, honor communication stop requests and obtain separate permission before enrolling you in recurring marketing. Once information has been provided to a real estate professional or brokerage, that recipient may have independent legal and brokerage recordkeeping obligations. You may ask the recipient directly about its privacy and recordkeeping practices.

5. Calls, texts and email

By submitting the contact form and accepting its disclosure, you agree that Matthew R. Aldridge and/or a licensed real estate professional selected to assist you may contact you by telephone, text message or email regarding your inquiry. Your stated call-or-text selection helps guide the initial response but does not prevent reasonable email follow-up concerning the same inquiry.

You may ask us or the receiving professional to stop a particular form of communication. A request to stop marketing communications does not prevent communications that are reasonably necessary to complete a transaction, provide a requested service, maintain required records or comply with law.

6. Website hosting and service providers

This website is hosted through OpenAI's ChatGPT Sites service. Personal information collected through the published website is stored as Hosted Data and processed by OpenAI on our behalf to deliver, host, maintain and support the website. We do not authorize this Site's Hosted Data to be used for model training. You can review the ChatGPT Sites Data Processing Addendum.

We may use carefully selected technology, communications, security or professional-service providers when reasonably necessary to operate the website and handle inquiries. Providers receive only the information reasonably necessary for their assigned function and are expected to handle it consistently with applicable obligations. Brevo sends an acknowledgment to the email address supplied on the form and a generic notification to Matthew that a new inquiry was received. The notification does not include the consumer's name, contact details, property address, search areas, comments or other form responses. We will update this Policy if a new provider materially changes how consumer information is handled.

Links to outside websites—including Signature Premier Properties, OneKey MLS-related sources and government notices—are governed by those websites' own privacy practices.

7. Retention

We generally retain inquiry, consent, referral and related business records for up to six years after the last substantive activity associated with the inquiry. Information may be retained longer when reasonably necessary to comply with law, brokerage requirements, an active transaction, a dispute, an investigation or a legal claim. When information is no longer reasonably needed, we will delete it, de-identify it or securely dispose of it as appropriate.

A receiving real estate professional or brokerage may maintain a separate copy under its own legal, regulatory or brokerage recordkeeping requirements. Deleting information from this website's records does not automatically delete a recipient's independently maintained records.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect submitted information, including server-side processing, restricted administrative access and encrypted transmission provided by the hosting environment. No website, database or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Access to the inquiry-management area will be restricted through authentication. Generic notification alerts may be used to announce that a new inquiry was received without including the consumer's name, address, telephone number, email address or comments.

9. Your choices

You may ask to:

• Learn whether we maintain information associated with your inquiry;
• Receive a description or copy of information you provided;
• Correct inaccurate information;
• Stop particular communications; or
